Our History

Founded in 2003, SUD ASSISTANCE quickly specialized in two key areas:

• Critical medical transfers within Belgium
• Ground repatriation for travel insurers

Starting as a small team, the founders gradually brought in specialists from various fields.
Today, our team includes drivers, patrol officers, paramedics, emergency nurses, emergency physicians, anaesthetists, assistance coordinators, logisticians, and many other professionals, allowing us to operate autonomously and efficiently.

Currently, our team consists of more than 70 passionate professionals, many of whom have been with us for years.
Among our staff, we also have an IT specialist, a bio-technician, mechanics, logisticians, and more.
